This necklace of Biwa baroque freshwater pearls are strung on a nylon thread, with a knot between each pearl. We call them ''baroque'' because they are irregular in shape, a little bit ''funky''!

The clasp and small extender chain are made of 14K yellow gold-plated sterling silver. Length can be adjusted from 18 to 20 inches.

Please note that the shape of the pearls may vary and they will not be identical to the photo. It is normal to find small imperfections on this type of pearl, which is very difficult to find on the market given their rarity!

Pearl Maintenance

Pearl jewelry should not be in contact with soaps, chemicals or abrasives and nacre can be damaged by perfume and hairspray. Remove your pearls if you go to the spa, the pool, or do the dishes to avoid soaking them. After wearing your pearls jewelry, you can wash it with warm water and wipe it with a soft cloth to remove any traces of products, perspiration or cosmetics.
