Repairs
We offer personalized after-sales service to repair your Maksym jewellery. Jewelry damaged by prolonged, improper use or accident can be repaired for a nominal fee, starting at $10 + taxes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For jewelry with manufacturing defects, please refer to the Guarantee tab.
Unfortunately, we do not offer the repair service for jewelry other than those from the Maksym collections.
PROCEDURE FOR REPAIRS
Contact us at info@maksymjoaillerie.com. Please tell us what the breakage is and provide us a photo of the jewel. We will estimate the costs and we will provide you the details for the mailing or for making an appointment for the deposit of the jewelry to be repaired.
Custom manufacturing
The company specializes in the manufacture of gold and silver jewelry as well as in custom creations. We will be happy to meet you to discuss your project during an appointment at the workshop or by phone.
Transformation
We can reuse stones from old jewelry to create something new up to date, either with an existing model from our collection or a custom-made piece of jewellery. For the melting of recycled gold, certain conditions apply. Contact us to discuss the possibilities available to you.
Engraving
We offer the engraving service on several types of jewelry. Whether it is a date, a name, a logo or a drawing, we are able to make them inside or outside a ring, on a pendant, a bracelet, etc.
Refurbishment
Do your Maksym rings need a little love? It is possible to send them to us in order to do a deep cleaning of the stones, a repolishing and a rhodium plating on the white gold jewellery. You will be charged a small fee for this service.
Plating
On request it is possible to make a plating on our jewelry in silver or gold. We offer rhodium plating on white gold and 14k yellow gold plating from 1 to 2.5 microns thickness.
Other metals
Our favorite metals are 14k yellow, white and rose gold as well as sterling silver. However, it is possible to manufacture our jewelry in platinum, 10k gold, 18k gold and 19k Super white gold on request.
